Guilherme is a lawyer with experience in Compliance and investigations. He has worked on internal investigations, including a major post-M&A case involving widespread corruption across Brazilian municipalities, as well as on due diligence processes, policy implementation, and legal advisory both in Brazil and internationally. He also has experience in financial market compliance and white-collar crime matters.He began his career at a leading Brazilian law firm, where he developed expertise in Compliance, Internal Investigations, Administrative Law, and Corporate Criminal Law. His background enables a strategic, risk-based approach to complex matters involving public-private interactions.
