Felipe is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in global technology companies such as Microsoft, Nextel, and more recently at "X” (former “Twitter”), where he served as Global Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Compliance Officer and Regional Compliance Officer for Latin America and Canada.
Over the course of his career, Felipe has led regional legal and compliance functions at companies including Software AG and the GE spin-off, GXS, advising on regulatory risk, freedom of expression, high-impact litigation, law enforcement engagement, and complex cross-border transactions. His advisory work combines legal strategy with deep expertise in digital governance and corporate integrity and cross border internal investigations.
